Curivari Reserva Classica Limitada CigarThe Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica cigars are from the fertile grounds of Nicaragua. They are constructed using 100% Cuban Criollo and Corojo seeds. They all sport the beautiful dark oily wrapper that is a signature of the Curivari Tobacco Culture Company.

This line of smokes is brought to their customers in three favorite sizes. The Epicures (also affectionately called the Short Robusto) are 4 1/2" long with a ring size of 52. The Monarcas vitolas are 5 1/4" long and have a ring size of 52. Finally, the Imperiales are a stout 6 1/4" long and have a ring size of 54. Each of the Classica sticks sport the red label with the prize-winning name across it. This Nicaraguan Puro line is classified as a full bodied smoke. All of them are triple capped and do not come wrapped in cellophane. The reviewers stated that they have a classical and stately Cuban look to them.

Reviews on the Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica Epicures vitola cigars noted that when held to the nose, they had a nice chocolate aroma with a hint of coffee to it. Reviewers also said that the cold draw was excellent, singling out notes of leather, cocoa and coffee. They all agreed that the smoke it produced was rich with a nice denseness that continued on throughout the entire length. Much of the flavoring profile was of coffee and cocoa from beginning to end. However, the first third of the cigar exhibited soft earth tones with a delightful mix of spices. By the second third, reviews noted that those spices that rolled through the nose turned almost to that of pies and breads, bringing on the flavors likened to cinnamon and anise. Towards the end of the second third and the beginning of the last third, reviewers noticed an exceptional blend with earthy notes. They said that the cedar woodnotes blended very well with the coffee flavorings. All agreed that this one is more geared to the experienced smoker since it is a full- bodied blend.

The reviews of this little boutique brand of Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica Monarca vitola cigars was just as impressive as the short robusto. Those that tried this one liked the nice sheen on the dark chocolate wrapper. They noted that there were a few sizeable veins that added to the overall character of the stick. Reviewers noted the strong, dark fruit aroma wafting off of it when put to the nose. Upon the pre light draw, they agreed that it was a dark cherry flavoring with a floral spice rolling in. It was also noted that there were nice earth and wood tones that blended well with the floral and fruit once it was lit. Its full- bodied profile was noticed right away, yet did not seem to deter any of the reviewers from enjoying the stick. Like the Epicures, it too has some of those rich coffee and hearty spice flavors to add to the profile.

Both of these Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica cigars exhibited a nice, grey-white ash that held on solidly for at least an inch before falling. Most of those that tried one of these two Curivari Reserva Limitada Classica cigars said that the burn line was not perfect, but pretty darn close. The burn never went out on them and only had to be touched up by a few reviewers in the final third. As a whole, reviewers liked this boutique brand and would recommend it to others who enjoyed a consistent and bold smoke.
