7-20-4 cigars have a history almost as rich as their flavors. Founded in 1874, RG Sullivan opened a factory in Manchester, New Hampshire. This famous factory continues to exist at the same address even today, and that address was the inspiration for the name 7-20-4. The brand produced an abundance of inexpensive yet high-quality cigars, earning the brand prestige. However, in 1963 the factory closed due to the embargo placed on Cuban products, including the premium tobacco Sullivan expertly used in his cigars. In 2004 Kurt Kendal, a cigar historian and owner of two cigar retail stores, bought the brand and revived it. Combining those classic flavors with more innovative tones, 7-20-4 cigars have become best-sellers yet again. So, if you want to try a brilliant cigar with a vast history, be sure to add 7-20-4 cigars to your humidor.
