Ijust wanted to take a moment and thank you for my order! Your service and cigars were beyond compare. I ordered the Bahia "B-Line" from you, because honestly, you were the only place I could find that had them. I must admit, I was a little hesitant to order from a company I have never heard of. You proved me wrong! The cigars were perfectly shipped and the right humidification so I could immediately smoke them! I really appreciate the service, and hand written note on top of that!

Hi, I recently purchased quite a few cigars from your store and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received. I was a little skeptical about buying cigars over the Internet, mainly will they be packed so the cigars are not damaged from banging around and/or loss of humidity. When the package showed up the next day I was impressed with the obvious care taken to ensure they were not crushed. When I opened everything up and saw the Humidipak used to ensure 70% humidity, it was like icing on the cake. It was also nice to have a small note on the selections I made. I will continue to buy cigars from your site thanks to your quality and friendly service.

I just received my first order last week and was pleased with all aspects of the purchase. The cigars were in great shape and the order was complete. I will purchase my cigars from you and have recommended your site to my family and friends. Now, I can buy what I want, at a reasonable cost, and not be limited to what is on the shelf. I received my order. Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great service provided. My Cigars were packaged well and arrived in great shape. The handwritten note was a great personal touch. I would recommend "Serious Cigars" to anyone looking for great service and a great product. I will definitely be ordering again real soon.

A friend and I pick out the cigar selections and smoke them almost every night or so. This time I had to give up the cool pen you always send. You should have another order from me soon.
