Drew Estate Nica Rustica Cigar Has Good Reviews From Consumers

Where to Buy Drew Estate Nica Rustica Toro Cigars OnlineThe Drew Estate Nica Rustica is a handmade cigar produced by Drew Estate, an American Company with an inspiring story that has specialized in cigars and smoking accessories since 1998. This specific stick was released mid-October of 2013 and is manufactured in Nicaragua. It features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Mexican San Andres Negra binder, and Nicaraguan filler. The cigar is exclusively available in only one size, Parejo (6x52).

This cigar is considered a medium to full strength stick described as for “hardcore tobacco lovers”. Boasting a rustic and unpolished tobacco, it is even being described by one aficionado as “not being able to win any beauty pageants”. The tobacco itself is Grade A Nicaraguan from Estelí and Jalapa, both well known for their contribution to this business. Along with borrowing tobacco, it also uses some of Estelí’s tradition by using “El Brujito”, the shaman drawing that can be seen on the box and wrapping.  This is to honor the country’s witch doctors, the first known users of tobacco from Estelí. As hinted to before, the stick goes for a rustic, unpolished look with a rough and aged wrapper that is capped with an imperfect pigtail. The Drew Estate Nica Rustica aged finish really emphasizes it being handmade.

This is considered to have three distinct sections to it. The first-third of the smoke has been called by reviewers as an “explosion of flavors”. Its flavor is very earthy with medium tastes and scents of milk chocolate and almond, also producing billows of smoke. Reviewers claim the cigar will hold over an inch of ash before having to tap it off, thus showing it is well-constructed. The next burn of the stick slowly dissipates the milk chocolate and nut flavors, and it is soon replaced with a smooth spice and caramel flavor. Aficionados claim that this is where the strength begins to creep to full. With the chocolate and nut flavor barely lingering, the smoke is described as a pleasant combination. The last third is where the earthy flavors return fully. Alongside with the caramel spice, but no one flavor is overpowering the other. The stick remains at this strength and flavor all the way until the end.

If one is looking for a pleasantly strong and rustic cigar that features a ton of flavor, then the Drew Estate Nica Rustica cigar may be the answer. This stick goes for an aged look that it achieves in feel and taste. It is described as having exquisite flavor, structure, and smoke. As well as being reasonably priced, it is a must have for anyone’s humidor.
